Saturday Pop Up Farm Stand 2/28 11:00-3:00

We will be OPEN Saturday 2/28 11:00-3:00 for a pop up farm stand in our regular farm store–dress warm and stock up on fresh greens, local apples, and organic veg!

We have a nice harvest list for Saturday’s farm stand from our own tunnels: spinach, cilantro, scallions, mizuna mix, tat soi, pea shoots, and limited bok choy. We’ll get a delivery from Red Fire Farm (Granby MA), Winter Moon Roots (Hadley, MA), and Mycoterra Farm (South Deerfield, MA) with an assist on delivery from Boston Food Hub (right in Acton, MA). February and March are the leanest months of local produce as storage crops start to dwindle and fresh greens haven’t taken root yet. We are so lucky to still have a great offering from our local food system this week!

In the Farm Store this week:

Cilantro, Bok Choy (limited), Mizuna Mix, Pea Shoots, Scallions, Spinach, Tat Soi
Celeriac, Turnips (purple top)

Organic and Local: Beets (chioggia and red), Cabbage (Savoy), Carrots (orange and rainbow!), Daikon Radish (white and purple), Shiitake Mushrooms, Onions, Parsnips- limited, Potatoes, Sweet Potatoes
Applesauce, Eggs, Pasta, Tofu, Yogurt

Local: Apples: Mutsu and Evercrisp, Apple Cider, Cheese: Cheddar and Camembert, Maple syrup, Hot sauce (made from our own organic veg)

We accept cash, check, card, gift card/Seed Money, and SNAP/EBT. We can process HIP benefits.
